A Brief Introduction & Overview of the Association
The Mission of (ACASC)
The specific purpose of this organization is to provide culturally sensitive funeral services with the highest level of competence, courtesy, and compassion to the members of the Afghan Community Association of Southern California and qualified individuals in our community who can’t afford funeral expenses.
Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) said:
“Charity does not decrease wealth. Rather, it increases it; Allah raises the status of a humble servant, and whoever forgives others, Allah grants him honor.”
(Sahih Muslim, Hadith 2588)

Afghan Community Association of Southern California was established on the 26th of April 1991 with the help of a few dedicated and concerned Afghans.
